How to Transfer My License to a New Computer?

You may transfer your license code from your laptop to your desktop and vice versa. Keep in mind that the PDF Reader Pro Windows license code is only valid for one device at a time. Follow the instructions below to transfer your code:

1. Contact our Customer Support Team or email us at [email protected];

2. Provide us with your license code, invoice, and bill information;

3. We will help you unbind the code connected to your laptop;

4. Wait for feedback from our Contact Support Team and you can use the code to log in to your desktop.

Notes: License code from a Windows laptop can only be transferred to a Windows desktop vice versa. Cross-platform transfer such as to Mac version is not available.
