With PDF Reader Pro, you can easily manage your PDF files by copying, moving, renaming, deleting, zipping and merging.
#1 Copy PDF
For iPad users:
1. Go to Documents tab and tap at the top right corner to choose the file(s);
2. Click Copy in the top menu then you can choose a folder and click Paste.
For iPhone users:
1. Go to Documents tab and tap at the top right corner, then choose the PDF file(s);
2. Click Duplicate then you can choose a folder and tap Paste;
3. You can check the PDF(s) dupilicated in the folder.
#2 Move PDF
1. Go to Documents tab and tap at the top right corner to choose the file(s);
2. For iPhone users, to move your PDFs, you can also tap on the right of a specific file;
3. Click Move then you can choose a folder that you need and tap Move.
#3 Rename PDF
1. Go to Documents tab and tap at the top right corner to choose a file. Notice that you cannot rename two or more files or folders at the same time;
2. Or you can tap on the right of the specified file;
3. Click Rename then you can enter a new file name;
4. Alternatively, you can also directly click the name of a specific file or folder displayed in the Documents to make changes.
#4 Delete PDF
1. Go to Documents tab and tap at the top right corner to choose the file(s);
2. Alternatively, you can tap on the right of the specified file;
3. Click Delete then you can remove the file(s) from the Documents list.
#5 Zip PDF
1. Go to Documents tab and tap at the top right corner to choose the file(s);
2. For iPad users, you can also tap on the right of the specified file;
3. Click Zip then a zipped file will automatically be saved in the file list.
#6 Merge PDF
1. Go to Documents tab and tap at the top right corner;
2. Select at least two PDF documents excludes any folder, and then click Merge ;
3. (Optional) In the pop-up window, you can click Edit to reorder or even delete the selected files. Click Done to finish your editing;
4. Tap on Merge to finish the merging task.
