Knowing that in the process of using Digital Signature, you have met a difficulty that the PDF Icon can't be removed. You can try the following to solve your difficulties.

Note: Once an electronic signature is created, it cannot be changed. If the electronic signature you received is not in the format you desire, you'll have to create a new one.

We believe you have already known how to add a digital signature, you can follow the previous process again. But, if you forget, you can check How to Add Digital Signature to a PDF. When you have completed the previous steps, come to the Customize Signature Appearance page, you can remove the PDF Icon by ticking Logo.
