How to Edit PDF Files on Mac

Step 1: Open Your PDF Document
Click "Open File" on the Home Screen or simply drag and drop your file into the opening screen.
Step 2: Locate Your Editing Tools
If you want to annotate your PDF, choose from the options under "Tools".
Step 3: Insert an Image or Text
Go to "Edit PDF" and click on the relevant option. Then place your image or text.
Step 4: Sign Your Document
To give your document the final flourish, choose "Digital Sign" from the Menu bar and create your own signature to be placed wherever you like on your document.
