What are Subscription and Cancellation Terms?

Cancel Subscription: 

- Subscribe From Official Website

Please go to the payment platform to cancel your subscription. For example, if you used PayPal to subscribe, please log in to your PayPal account to cancel the subscription.

- Subscribe From App Store

Please visit the APP Store to cancel a subscription because we can't unsubscribe you on behalf of the APPLE team.

Refund: 

- Purchase From Official Website

Please contact support@pdfreaderpro.com for refund. We will refund the money according to the amount you paid at the time of purchase.

- Purchase From App Store/ Microsoft Store

Please contact the App Store /Microsoft Store to get a refund because we can't refund you on behalf of the Apple/Microsoft team.

Notes:

1) If you decide not to continue using the services for the next billing cycle, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours;

2) Refunds are supported within 14 days of purchase;

3) Refunds are not supported in the following cases:

- Free users subscribe to the membership after the free trial means that you have already known and used the functions of our products and services, in this case, refunds are not supported;

- The purchase process will be confirmed and select the membership type, does not support refunds due to operational errors;
