How to Retrieve or Reset My Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps to retrieve or reset it:

For Logged In Users:

1.Click on your profile photo in the upper right corner, select Acoount Center;

2. Tap Personal Information, and you can see Set Password;

3. Click Change to make a password change.

For Unlogged In Users:

1. Click Sign in on the right upper corner in PDF Reader Pro.

2. Select Password and click on Forgot password;

3. Input your log-in email and check your email inbox;

4. Enter the verification code to create a new password.
